Here are some ideas we've had so far for the 4 day gathering at Midginbil Hill, Tweed Hinterland, Australia.

It's from an email sent out to the Earth Wizards of Oz...

Red Planetary Dragon (Sat 23rd)
:PERFECTING THE INITIATION:
Activities starting from noon, focusing on introductory talks and workshops on the 13 Moon Calendar Change Peace Movement. Cardinal Earth Family Kin will be invited to help prepare the communal meal which will be served at sunset after an opening ceremony. After the early dinner starts the evening's entertainment featuring brissy band's Mattriks and the Book of Kin, Dynamic Thrills, and a couple of local acts including either the Blissmongers or Mystic Beats.
Cardinal Earth Family: Red Dragon, White Worldbridger, Blue Monkey, Yellow Warrior.

White Spectral Wind (Sun 24th)
:LIBERATION THRU COMMUNICATION:
The Village Heart (kitchen and kids space) will offer breakfast and dinner circles, and be taken care of each day by that day's Earth Family. A blackboard with the day's activities will also offer suggestions for how earth families can be of service to the commUnity. Being a day condusive to communication it might be beneficial to have a speaker's space where people are welcome to get up and speak/sing/rhyme about whatever is important to them. There will also be workshops and healing arts throughout the day, though my inclination is to leave it a little loose, as it is a spectral day and all ;) After dinner the Time Is Art Cabaret begins! The children will have a mask making activity that afternoon which they can display at the cabaret too...

Blue Crystal Night DAY OUT OF TIME (Mon 25th July)
:CREATE THE COLLECTIVE DREAM OF PEACE:
This can be expected to be a great day for group work and ceremony. Being the Day Out of Time, we know that we are in connection with all the other gatherings around our wonderful world. This is also a day for showing gratitude for water. Tony is open to us doing some landcare on the creek that runs through Midginbil, so if anyone is inspired to organise that as a way to show our gratitude to Mother Earth and Water, fantastic! Another idea is to create a Humandala, symbolic of the beautiful crystals that form when we give gratitude to water. The other circle that will unfold will be for the Rainbow Bridge Meditation. This year we will be expanding on the visualisation that will be read out at all gatherings around the world, and incorporate galactic yoga to help us connect the center of the Earth with the centre of our being, and form the rainbow bridge connecting our base and crown chakra's. The chakras also form a rainbow bridge around our circle, connecting us with each other. This day would also be a great day to access the collective dream, via a dream circle perhaps? After dinner it would be beautiful to have bahjans through the night. It has been suggested that an all night fire vigil wil be held up at the lookout where we will go to watch the sunrise in the morning for all Earth Wizards wanting to ceremoniously burn their star bundles, or anyone wanting to release attachments into the sacred fire.

Yellow Cosmic Seed 13 MOON NEW YEAR (Tues 26th)
:CELEBRATE COSMIC AWARENESS:
The new year dawns with the Sunrise Ceremony looking over Wollumbin! Aaaaahhh I'm getting truth tingles just thinking about it. After breakfast it feels this day will be great for getting the big cosmic download. Deepening into Earth Wizardry, so far we have Cosmic History Chronicles/Mystery of the Stone workshop, as well as a cinema set up for watching interesting films. Vasumi will be back and will be facilitating Sacred Theatre playing. As the last day of the gathering perhaps the last dinner circle will also be the time of the closing ceremony.

* Because none of the days of the gathering fall on a Polar Earth Family day, perhaps the Polar Kin (Red Serpent, White Dog, Blue Eagle, Yellow Sun) can assist which ever Earth Family is of service on any of the days?

Rather than using mechanical time to indicate when abouts activities will be started we will use the Noosperic Earth Time or NET minutes system which follows the Dreamspell Oracle of the day. There are 4 watches per day corresponding to the support, guide, challenge and hidden powers in the oracle. This will be drawn up radially on the blackboard so that activities can be written in the time of day they are planned to occur.
